Privacy Guidelines

EasyLink Services has developed guidelines to ensure that we meet and exceed our customers' privacy expectations. By providing consumers with notice of information practices, we are demonstrating our commitment to protecting customer privacy. As our systems evolve, we are committed to offering notice and opt-out options to our consumers.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.

Opt-In

Visitors who opt-in and request information from us, may receive periodic messages from us with information on changes to their selected services, new EasyLink Services products or services, or upcoming EasyLink Services events. The information is not shared with other companies.

Opt-Out

After requesting information, if you do not want to receive marketing material from EasyLink Services in the future, please let us know by sending us an e-mail at info@icc.net. Please provide us with your exact name, address, phone number, and email address and we will be sure your name is removed from any relevant list. Additionally, we do not sell, rent or trade our customer information.

Visitors

We do not collect unsolicited, individual domain names and email address from visitors to our website.

We do collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers' access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, and it is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.  We do not have access to personally identifiable information (such as name and address) related to visitors.

Ad Server Policy

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
