2006

- ICC named to Deloitte’s prestigious Technology Fast 50 program for Georgia, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in the state.

- ICC acquired Enable Corporation for its browser-based portals capabilities to link buyers and sellers.
2005

- ICC acquired The Kodiak Group to extend its capabilities into professional services, consulting and outsourcing.

- ICC acquired the Inovis Managed EC business to become one of the largest providers of EDI service bureau services for North America’s retail industry.

2004

- ICC named Thomas J. Stallings as chief executive officer and Glen Shipley as chief financial officer.

- ICC acquired Electronic Commerce Systems, giving the combined company a broader presence in the service bureau and software segments.

- ICC divested its e-commerce and electronic data interchange education and training.

ICC  was incorporated in the State of Delaware in 1991 under the name of Infosafe Systems, Incorporated. 

1998

- ICC provides the first version of its flagship value added network ICC.NET.

- InfoSafe Systems changes its name to Internet Commerce Corporation with ICCA as its new stock symbol. 

1997 - Internet Commerce Corporation is founded and receives an initial investment from InfoSafe Systems.

1995 - InfoSafe Systems becomes a publicly held company, traded on Nasdaq.
