EasyLink Services International Corporation Appoints Jonathan Wilson as VP and General Counsel

Norcross, Georgia – January 23, 2008 – EasyLink Services International Corporation (EasyLink) (NasdaqCM: ESIC), a global provider of supply chain and on-demand messaging services, today announced the addition of Jonathan Wilson as vice president and general counsel. In this newly created position, Wilson will assume management responsibilities for the legal and human resource functions of the organization.

Wilson comes to EasyLink from Web.com where he was senior vice president, legal and corporate development overseeing that company’s legal affairs and strategy.  Prior to Web.com, Wilson spent ten years in private practice with several large law firms, including Paul Hastings LLP and King & Spalding.  

Wilson, an accomplished author and public speaker, earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of William and Mary and his juris doctor from George Washington University.
