Internet Commerce Corporation Expands International Capabilities through Partnership with Mosaic Software AG

Norcross, Georgia - June 14, 2005 - Internet Commerce Corporation (ICC), (ICCA, NASDAQ) today announced that it has entered into a joint marketing agreement with Mosaic Software AG of Bonn, Germany. Under the agreement the companies will connect their electronic commerce networks, thereby enhancing the international trading capabilities of their customers. Additionally, ICC will be marketing Mosaic software products in the United States. These products are technologically sophisticated data translation and integration tools, which allow customers to communicate their electronic files in all of the required standards and formats needed for international trade and ERP systems integration.

ICC services over 3,500 customers through its many connectivity solutions, including ICC.NET™ network service. Mosaic services over 3,500 customers in Europe through EDI-TradePortal, the largest consumer goods trading network in Germany. Seamlessly connecting these large blocks of potential trading partners offers many benefits to ICC, Mosaic and their customers.

The executives of both companies believe the connection of their networks and synergies among their solutions and services will provide their respective clients with a solution to enhance and expand their global presence and afford them the power and opportunities of trading globally.
