Internet Commerce Corporation Releases Preliminary Guidance for Fiscal Third Quarter

Norcross, GA - May 11, 2005 – Today Internet Commerce Corporation (ICC) (Nasdaq: ICCA), a leader in the use of the Internet for business-to-business e-commerce solutions, released preliminary results for fiscal third quarter 2005, ended April 30, 2005. 

ICC’s results for third quarter is as follows:

  • Revenue of approximately $4.1 million, up approximately $600 thousand from fiscal second quarter of 2005
  • Adjusted EBIDTA of approximately $600 thousand, up approximately $329 thousand from fiscal second quarter of 2005

Thomas J. Stallings, chief executive officer of Internet Commerce Corporation, said, "In our press release for second quarter fiscal 2005, we stated that we anticipated accelerated progress in second half of fiscal 2005. The final results of the third quarter, which will be announced in mid-June, will demonstrate that we continue to make progress toward realizing, and perhaps exceeding, our financial objectives for fiscal year 2005.”


Adjusted EBITDA is EBITDA plus non-cash compensation charges.
