“During the past year, ICC has been focused on reshaping the company by streamlining operations, increasing efficiencies, and delivering substantial cost savings,” said Charles Johnston, chairman of ICC’s Audit Committee. “With the relocation of ICC’s corporate headquarters to Atlanta, the time was right for the Audit Committee to engage a new independent public accounting firm. In keeping with our desire to trim expenses, this change is also expected to reduce auditing expenses.”
Johnston added, “ICC has had a long and successful working partnership with Deloitte and Touche USA LLP. We thank them for their exceptional service and outstanding support over the years.”
"We are pleased to retain the services of Tauber & Balser, P.C., a firm known for its expertise in working with small publicly held companies," said Glen Shipley, chief financial officer for ICC.
